StorLuxury ("we", "us") operates storluxury.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a pre-lease request, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the units you're interested in, what you plan to store, your preferred move-in timing, and any notes you add. We also record the date and time of your request and the IP address and browser it came from, to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, confirm unit availability and pricing, and place holds.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and about facility opening.
• To set up your lease in our property management system when you're ready to rent.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the facility: our website hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our property management and leasing software, and our access control provider. Each uses it only to provide its service to us.

Retention

We keep pre-lease requests for as long as needed to respond to them and to manage any resulting lease. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices

To update or delete your information, or to opt out of contact, reply to any message from us and tell us what you'd like.
