14′ powered doors
Tall, motorized roll-up doors clear motorcoaches, lifted trucks, and boats on trailers. Doors range from 9′3″ to 15′ wide.
50 amp power
Dedicated 50A service in every unit, for keeping your coach shore-powered, batteries topped up, and tools running.
Heating & air conditioning
Conditioned space protects paint, interiors, rubber, and electronics from Las Vegas summers and winter nights.
Secured smart access
A gated, walled facility with Noke smart locks. Open the gate and your unit from your phone, and every entry is logged.
RV service station
An on-site dump station and fresh water fill, so you can return from the road and roll straight into your bay.
Restrooms
An ADA-accessible facility restroom on site, and private in-unit bathrooms in our Grand Suites.

Pre-leasing FAQ
Does a pre-lease request cost anything?
No. A request is free and non-binding. Once we confirm your unit and pricing, you'll sign your lease and set up payment online before move-in.
When will StorLuxury Twain open?
Construction is underway, and we're targeting spring 2027. Pre-lease guests will get the exact move-in dates first.
What happens if the unit I want is already held?
Leave "offer me a similar one" checked and we'll offer you the closest available match. You'll also go on the waitlist for your first choice.
How does access work?
Once your lease is signed and paid, the Noke app on your phone opens the gate and your unit door. There are no keys or codes to share, and every entry is logged.
Will my motorcoach fit?
Our Coach Bays are 13′ wide by 44′ deep with an 11′6″ wide by 14′ tall door. Tell us your coach's length and height in the request, and we'll confirm the fit.
Can I run a business out of my unit?
Our larger bays and Grand Suites suit contractors and fleets who need powered, conditioned, secure space. Mention your use in the request and we'll walk you through what's allowed under the lease.
